I’m exploring a next-generation surveillance platform that runs on either hydrogen fuel cells or an ion propulsion variant. The aircraft must operate confidently across mixed environments—from tight urban corridors to wide rural expanses—while carrying a compact payload that combines:

• Night-vision optics
• Thermal-imaging sensor
• High-resolution daylight camera

What I need from you is a complete concept package that shows the technical path forward. This should cover a propulsion trade-off study (hydrogen vs. ion), flight-time and range projections, preliminary airframe drawings, power-management calculations, and a clear integration plan for the three-sensor payload. If you have experience with hydrogen tanks, fuel stacks, ion thrusters, composite airframes, or avionics for ISR platforms, your insight will be invaluable.

I’ll review the work against viability (can it realistically fly with the stated payload), endurance estimates, and clarity of documentation. Once the concept is proven sound, we can discuss prototyping as a separate phase.
