Ultralight Joystick Control System Design

I need help designing a purely mechanical system with a joystick for an ultralight aircraft im building. I could not find any good diagrams on the internet, and the books I browsed did not provide any useful info. I probably wont be able to pay much for this, but I just need some advice.
