i need to run tiktok ads in oman,

We want to run ads in tiktok with audience location Oman. When we tried to do it ourselves, there is no option for Oman in countries or location to choose. but here we are able to see many companies or brands doing ads. when I asked tik tok customer support they don't have any answer for it. they are still saying that there is no ad service for Oman.
Is there anyone can help me with this.
