I'm seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager for my pet shop website. The role involves managing all aspects of sales and marketing, predominantly through Facebook and Instagram, with the aim of significantly increasing our website sales. Also full website management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing and overseeing effective sales strategies to boost product sales
- Managing marketing initiatives particularly focused on content marketing and paid advertising
- Utilizing social media platforms (primarily Facebook and Instagram) to expand our reach and engage with potential customers
I'm interested in a long-term partnership with a company that will take a percentage of sales rather than a flat monthly fee. This performance-based model is crucial, as my previous experiences with several companies on a monthly retainer have not yielded the desired results.
