Whole House Fans Sales and Ads
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I need a person who wants more work to advertise and sell Invisco whole house fans in your city.
Requirements:
-Place ads that I supply on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
- Send emails to your contacts and to contacts you can obtain in your market
- Post ads on Nextdoor in your town and surrounding towns if applicable.
- Be prepared to go up in attics to install the fans or find a local handy person to do it for you.
- Facilitate orders for fans that cost from $500 to over $3000 - those orders will go to Invisco and you will be paid for your invoiced time needed to get the orders.
- Pay will occur in two phases - first you get paid at the time of an order. Then you get paid more at the time the order is installed and approved by the customer.
- This job will be awarded to the person who writes the best description of your experience in these actions, your plans to execute the ads and emails, your interest in doing the attic work your self or your plans to find a handy person to do the work, and your ideas about how you will manage all of this with multiple customers.
- You will want to visit Invisco's web site to see all the models and performances and prices so you know what to talk to customers about.
- You will want to focus on the HUGE fans that Invisco invented - NO other supplier has them. They offer you three big markets - one is the local sources for ceiling mounted whole house fans - they should be very eager to add the huge fan kits to their sales to give new customers the choice of avoiding the noisy ceiling fans and avoiding the need to leave their bedroom doors open all night. - the other market is those who already have ceiling mounted fans and want to put them up in the attic. - the 3rd market are all those new owners who also want the huge air flow and the convenience.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with selling high-ticket items
- Familiarity with whole house fans
Your income will be entirely controlled by you. As you do the work to advertise you will collect hours you spend on that work. Once you get an order the order will got to Invisco - payment in full for the parts and installation - and you will send an invoice for the hours. You will be paid immediately on the hours if the total due is a fraction of the cost of the order. If it is higher you will be paid a portion of what you invoice with the balance paid with future orders. This method of payment is negotiable and should not be a cause for concern. It is expected that your work to place ads will not be a huge number of hours and you and I can discuss this detail as you start these actions.
Please note that you will be a very important person to me because you will be in charge of all my sales to your market. Even if I get an inquiry from another source (like general advertising I do) you will be paid on those orders that I get in your market.
Once I award this contract we will have the freedom to talk as often as needed to make sure you succeed in making good money this year. Note that sales will pick up in a month or two as it gets hot and last until October or later. And you are free to open your own whole house fan business in your market under your chosen name or by using the Invisco brand.
