Streamline Meta Ads Account Structure

I need a fresh set of expert eyes on my Meta Ads Manager so the whole setup is clean, logical, and ready to scale. Right now I’m stuck with duplicate ad accounts and catalogs that make reporting and optimisation a headache. My end-goal is a streamlined account structure: one main profile that cleanly houses two markets (UAE and Saudi) without any redundant assets.
Here is what success looks like for me:
• Two ad accounts only—one for UAE, one for Saudi—both linked to the same main profile.
• Two product catalogs—again, one per market—properly connected to that profile.
• From those catalogs, create one UAE and one Saudi ad set that I can duplicate in seconds whenever I launch new campaigns.
If it’s faster to delete the current clutter and rebuild, I’m fine with that; I just want the simplest, most sustainable layout.
