Social Media Hiring Campaign Setup
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a full-funnel social media campaign built from scratch to attract candidates for 3–4 open positions at our HR company. We have mapped the target audience including their location and languages. The goal is crystal clear: drive high-quality job applications, not just likes or follows.
Here’s the landscape:
• Platforms: Facebook and Instagram. The company does not have our own accounts.
• Objective: every post, story, reel or ad should funnel viewers toward our application links.
• Resources on my side: job descriptions and brand guidelines only. I have no in-house marketing or design capacity.
What I’m counting on you for:
• Strategy – targeting and an actionable content/ad calendar.
• Creative – eye-catching visuals and copy that stay on brand and meet each platform’s specs.
• Technical build – set up business accounts, pixels, tracking, and campaign structures.
• Management – monitor, tweak and optimise until applications roll in consistently.
• Reporting – clear weekly insights so I can see cost-per-application and overall performance.
If you’ve previously turned social channels into reliable recruitment pipelines, I’m ready to start immediately and keep the collaboration running for future roles once we see solid results.
