Run ads for Real Estate realtors

Looking for a freelancer to run social media ads, (effective google ads is a plus) for my real estate SMMA agency targeting both homebuyers and sellers. Our budget goal for the ad campaign is between $500-$1000. The ideal candidate should have experience running successful social media ad campaigns and be knowledgeable about the real estate industry.
