Real Estate Marketing Specialist

I'm seeking a remote marketing employee for a real estate firm in the mountains of western North Carolina. The role involves a mix of print and digital advertising to promote our listings and brand. There are franchise requirements that must be met for all advertising. Our real estate marketplace is small but high end luxury real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage print materials: property brochures, residential community brochures, our section of the buyer's guide, and newspaper ads.
- Develop and execute digital ads on search engines and through email marketing.
- Collaborate on local advertising initiatives.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven marketing experience, especially in the real estate industry in both print and digital.
- Familiarity with real estate marketing is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
