Real Estate Ad Campaign

I currently work for a real estate company, we are running an ad campaign for December where people who sign up will receive a free jetski at settlement. What I would like is an image of a new house (I will provide photos) with a jetski at the front. The slogan will go along the lines off " sign up this month and receive a jetski at settlement"
