Property Manager Needed
Budget: $1,600 – $3,200 USD
Job Type: Flexible schedule with both Full-time (40 hours/week) and Part-time (20 hours/week) options available.
Location: Remote - candidates must be based in Europe, North America (U.S. or Canada), or South America (Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, or Mexico)
We are looking for a Remote Property Manager to manage property listings, handle guest communications, and coordinate reservations on online booking platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com. This remote role requires a highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage time and work independently.
Note: An active guest account on both Airbnb and Booking.com is mandatory to apply for this role. While previous property management experience is not required, we expect candidates to have some customer service or virtual assistance experience. Comprehensive training, detailed resources, and instructional videos will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advertise the property on various platforms
- Guest Communication and Reservation Processing, Manage Bookings and Inquiries
- Regularly update the property calendar record and prepare a report
- Coordination with Internal Teams
- Customer Service and Issue Resolution
Ideal Skills:
- Online Property Listing Management
- Proficient in using social media, Airbnb, and Booking.com for advertising
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
