PropellerAds Push Campaign Setup

I need an experienced PropellerAds specialist to take my existing account and turn it into a converting Android push-notification machine. The account is already open, my offers and landing pages are ready, so your focus will be on getting campaigns live and profitable as fast as possible.
Scope of work
• Create and structure the campaigns inside PropellerAds, including multiple creative variations for each offer.
• Configure granular targeting, bid levels, and traffic allocations to match my KPIs.
• Implement end-to-end tracking (postback and on-page) so every click and conversion feeds neatly into the platform and my tracker.
• Optimise performance during the first launch window—tweak bids, pause under-performers, and scale winning segments.
Deliverables
1. Fully functional push campaigns ready to run.
2. A brief optimisation report after the first data cycle outlining what was changed and why.
3. Exportable campaign template or spreadsheet so I can duplicate or scale later.
