Product Manager/Publisher for Online Newspaper

We have approximately 50 online area (US city-based - Nashville, Atlanta, etc) "newspapers and area info." We are looking for product development and publisher. That is someone that will come up with the cohesive plans for marketing, content, and other ancillary services/revenue streams.

We have a technical, SEO, and content team in place; so, you don't need to "do" the work; but, you need to be able to direct the work in a very thoughtful manner and answer to the management team about plans, projections and other aspects of "running the business" of the online newspapers.
