Presentation material including business plan, marketing, advertising
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking to create a basic business plan and presentation material including examples of marketing and advertising material for the launch of a new nonprofit. I already have some information that I can contribute, but I am looking for a professional to take the lead and put everything together.
The focus of the plan is to ensure that everything is in place when approaching potential beneficiaries, volunteers, or members, so the plan should thoroughly cover all aspects and anticipate potential risks. The idea is to be able to present a plan and the benefits to the local population to get their support and approval, while becoming a possible projection of the course and action needed to fulfill the dream to help others.
This won't be used to approach banks for loans, but just a preliminary plan to show the idea and to help clarify it to myself. The basic idea is to donate 25 acres of beachfront land and provide funding to start an eco lodge in Belize, Central America. Once operational, all the profits will be used to grow and complete other stages of construction, help the local community improve their standard of living by offering jobs, training, business support, improvements to infrastructure, educational opportunities, and improved health care.
Another primary goal is to help protect the hawksbilled turtle's breeding habit and also the west indies manatee habitat, along with other native wildlife by providing a place for researchers, eco volunteers, and eco tourists to stay. Another goal will be to buy surrounding land to protect from over development and potential pollution problems in the future. I'm looking for someone who can see and understand the vision and put it into a business plan format. Besides the idea, I have a couple of potential site plans and development drawings, some photos of property, an estimate of start up funds. The project will need to be done in stages as more funds become available, I am looking at the starting point now.
