Post Kijiji.ca Ads, for multiple accounts - Will turn into a very large account if you do this well!

I am looking for someone who is AMAZING at posting ads on the Canadian website, Kijiji.ca. My ads never seem to work. You must use a dummy account and forward the information over to my real account.
- I am counting on 100% honesty. If you are dishonest, it's not going to work.
- I'm very kind and respectful to Women and Men of all different ethnic backgrounds and religions.
- I'm looking for someone who is able to scale the operation once we grow.
- Must be organized
- Must use time tracking app on Freelancer
- Kijiji optimization skill would be useful
