New online store - Lots of traffic no sales

Hi,
We just Launched a new online store specialized in a specific ethnic groceries for specific ethnicities in the US abd Canada.
We launched last week but we are struggling in finding the right audience for our Facebook ad campaigns.
We tested multiple ad versions abd we got good traffic but no sales so far.
We think the issue is not targeting the right audience abd we need help in creating our ad campaigns.
