Need google ads (adwords) expert , to handel my account

Hello iam looking for google ads (adwords) expert , My current ads not performing well so need to do some tweaks and it should be proactive .. i must need to get leads .. before we got daily 10 to 15 min leads suddenly now iam getting only 1 or 2 .. i want to understand what happening .. iam thinking iam getting junk / spam traffic via google ads it seems ,bcz we are getting regularly SPAM,Porn links in inquiries / leads ..
when we stop ads that is also stopping .. so iam strongly suspecting something wrong with my account .. some one really helpfully only contact me on this project
