Need an Amazon Guru to run my e-commerce store

I am Vu from Vietnam, working on import-export of convenient table products. Currently, I have intention to expand my business to e-commerce market, such as Amazon. As a new comer of Amazon business, what I am expecting here is to find a Guru who can handle all matters of my store (I have already had an Amazon store), from listing products, interface optimization, advertising writing, running advertising campaign, store rank boosting, build good reviews,... so I can have more time to focus on another matters.
I will be in charge of preparing supply source of cargo, shipping, customs procedures and even warehouse storage in the USA. Also, I will take responsibility of arranging money for advertising campaigns. Your duties are all covered on the online store as mentioned above.
For the paid, I would prefer to offer you the payment in term of percentage of our store profit. It means, for each month, we will do statistics together and determine the profit after deduct all expenses. Just let me know how many % do you need to be shared among this profit.
