Meta Ads Assistance

I need a fresh set of expert eyes on my Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager. I set all this up years ago and I manage several bands and have gotten confused as to where I should be making ads- which business manager- mine or the bands- and also how to be sure I'm adding the pixels to the correct account- The account is already set up and running; I just need help with being sure I'm optimizing it and using it correctly!
