Marketing manager (expert needed)

I have an online store that sells personalised products that we produce in house, the store has been running since Jan 2020. We have had huge success and did rank #1 on Google for personalised car air fresheners until Etsy took our spot!
I have been running our adverts and have only been using Facebook ads, I am a novice but have made over £850000 in sales over the last 2 years.
What I am looking for is a marketing expert who can setup and manage profitable ads on the following platforms:
Google
Facebook
Tiktok
Please note I do need someone who knows these platforms inside out and can deliver profitable ads across all these site, I am also open to other platforms that we can advert on.
Budget wise, I will start with £300 per day which can be increased should the ads be profitable and scalable.

Again, I need an alrounder with experience in all digital marketing who can take our business to the next level and can carry out the tasks on their own.
