I've launched my own adult cam website company. However, I need assistance organising the mechanics that will encourage models to conduct business on my website if I'm to successfully recruit them. Example: If £10 is split into 100 tokens, each token is equivalent to 0.10p, and the model keeps 50% of the money. I get half, or £5 each. But I need something more complex, like a Tuesday roulette spin, where they can win bonuses or get a position in recommended. To ensure that the models may be satisfied while I still make money is what I require from whoever accepts this responsibility. I'll also need clever strategies to get clients to spend more money through promotions and other means. This is a job that could result in long term position helping me create effective strategies to keep my models and gain more whilst also getting clients. I also need someone who’s able to affectively put this plan into words and find a good way to distribute the message across. An example of smart word play e.g “we require beautiful models, and if this has landed in your mail you meet this description and we’d love to undertake this journey with you” you can even go as far as saying the first 50 models receive a £250 sign up fee the first 100, you get the point. Lastly I need seasonal deals organised for clients and models.
