I’m building an AI consulting firm that integrates AI agents directly into businesses as an all-in-one solution. I also run an established advertising company, STUDIO 1, specializing in AI-driven content (video, images, ads, websites, apps).
We’re looking for someone at the forefront of AI marketing and automation to lead a flagship case study: converting $100M in luxury real estate (40 condos, 20 villas) in Tulum within 3 months. This includes AI-driven social media, email marketing, lead funnels, customer service (web + WhatsApp), and deal closing. All creative assets are provided.
The campaign will hit the Tulum festival season starting in 1 week and will target a global luxury audience (U.S., Mexico, Europe, Dubai, Russia). The goal is to fully automate and optimize the buyer funnel end-to-end using the newest AI tools.
