Marketer-Targeted Lead Generation Flyer

I'm in need of a professional, cleanly designed flyer aimed at generating leads from the marketing sector.
What you need to highlight:
We need to reach FORECLOSURE VICTIMS. We can get most of them an ADDITIONAL INCOME TAX REFUND!! These victims are VERY hard to reach. They don't respond to traditional marketing. They won't open mail, don't respond to phone calls, and ignore texts. It has to be word of mouth.

We hope to reach marketers who may PERSONALLY know one or two (or three) individuals who suffered this tragedy. We hope to initially attract 125 marketers to refer at least one foreclosure victim.
Incentive:
A referral commission (10% of our fee -we get 40% (average $1800) of Victim's refund.
