Looking for Google Ad Campaign Manager to Boost App Downloads and Ad Revenue

I am seeking an experienced Google Ad campaign manager to help increase downloads for my Android application and maximize ad revenue through in-app ads (AdMob).

Campaign Setup & Optimization: Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns tailored to drive app downloads.
Ad Revenue Growth: Strategically manage in-app ads to boost revenue while maintaining a positive user experience.
Targeting & Audience: Implement effective audience targeting and keyword strategies to reach the right users.
A/B Testing & Performance Monitoring: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, monitor performance metrics, and optimize for higher conversions and ROI.
Requirements:

Proven experience in running successful Google Ads campaigns for mobile apps.
Knowledge of in-app ad monetization strategies (AdMob preferred).
Strong analytical skills to track and improve performance.
