Long-term contractor for SMMA

Need a long-term contractor with experience in Facebook and/or TikTok PPC ads. Any additional experience is beneficial but not necessary, and fluency in English is also necessary.
Experience needed in:
Education niche/info-products niche (HIGHLY NECESSARY- if you don't have experience here don't apply for the job) with Facebook ads
High-volume of adspend processed through in your experience.
