Lead generation campaign on Meta/FB (digital marketing, paid ad)

I need to run a lead generation campaign for CAT exam guidance. You need to have a working FB/Meta Ad account. You will design the Ad copies, and post on the ads manager account.
I need a digital marketing expert for this project. It is about running ad campaign (lead generation) on Facebook/ Meta network.
He/she will create the Ad copies, and also create campaign on Meta Ads manager platform. He/she will also fine tune it till good number of leads are being achieved.
He/she will need an active Ads manager account for this project.
Ideally, the person should be proficient in Gujarati language. If not, Hindi language is required.
