Launch Legal Services Google Ads

I run a legal practice and need an experienced Google Ads manager to get my advertising off the ground. My primary goal is simple: “Google ads manager” support that takes me from zero to a live, compliant campaign.
Scope (lean by design):
• Build the account from scratch, including basic conversion tracking.
• Research and select high-intent keywords relevant to legal services.
• Create one search campaign with 2–3 tightly themed ad groups, compelling ad copy, and essential extensions (call, location, sitelink).
• Add an initial negative keyword list and set sensible bid and location targeting.
• Hand over a brief optimisation roadmap so I can monitor results after launch.
