Instagram Content & Aesthetic Strategy Aid

I am an artist who'd like to grow their online following and reach, but I'm very bad ad social media, posting, etc. I´m looking for someone to give me feedback on my content drafts for my Instagram account, specifically if the things I´m planning are good/engaging, and how to make them look more cohesive and aesthetically pleasing once they are all visible together on the grid. I would really appreciate a review of my drafts and draft grid, specifically on how effective it is at enticing viewers such as art lovers, art buyers, gallerists and collectors to follow and perhaps even buy things from me or consider me for their exhibits. I'm looking for someone with experience in graphic design, communications, and advertising. I have a draft of my thumbnails on Canva, a pinterest board of what I'd like my feed to look like, and a google docs file with reel drafts, captions and a description of my goal audience, goals, and the vibe I'd like to convey. I'm looking for someone creative with good communication, who will update me as they work, as this has been a problem in the past and I never knew what my collaborator was doing.
