Key Responsibilities:
Application Submissions (40 per day)
Submit 40 remote job applications daily on behalf of the company.
Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline the application process.
Maintain detailed records of all applications and their statuses.
AI-Powered Sourcing & Outreach (40 Calls (Mightycall) to Emails per day)
Use AI sourcing tools to identify and reach out to potential clients.
Convert 40 AI-sourced leads into email communications daily.
Track and optimize outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.
Recruiter Engagement (40 Calls to Emails per day via C2C)
Conduct outreach to recruiters, converting 40 calls into email follow-ups daily.
Manage and build relationships with staffing agencies and recruitment firms.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain an organized database of interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proficient in applications work, logging, taking screenshots of submissions
Strong communication and email outreach skills.
Proficiency in AI recruitment tools, ATS systems, and automation software.
Ability to manage high-volume applications and outreach efficiently.
Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
