Track installs, activation, retention
What you must have

Experience growing TikTok, Instagram, or similar from scratch
Examples of content that went viral or drove measurable installs
Strong PR instincts. You know how to get attention without paying for it
Ability to move fast and execute without handholding
Nice to have
