Hi! I’m the owner of Traction Marketing Boost, a fast-growing marketing agency that helps home service businesses (contractors, cleaners, roofers, etc.) get more leads and grow fast. We run ads on Facebook, Google, Yelp, and more — and we work with high-level clients who expect results.
We’re looking for two roles (can be the same person or two separate people):
1. Ad Manager
• Experience managing Facebook & Google Ads for local service businesses
• Knows how to track leads and optimize campaigns for performance
• Can work inside HighLevel CRM (or is willing to learn)
2. Client Communication / Appointment Setter
• Answers incoming calls and contacts new leads
• Schedules appointments directly into clients’ calendars
• Friendly, professional, and reliable on the phone
