Growth/Online Sales Specialist - Google Ads / Facebook Ads - achieve 2% conversion rate to paid customers

I am looking for someone to increase the conversion rate of trials to paid customers.


The ideal applicant should have:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
• Passion for sales and leads
• Enthusiastic attitude and strong organizational skills
• Ability to solve problems and overcome objections
• Previous experience with outgoing calls
• reliable
• Excellent Google Ads skills


Your task is to achieve at least a 2% conversion rate from trial => to paid customers.

You will have to create email content and landing page changes, sync them with the Google Ads campaign, let the developer know what changes should be applied to the onboarding process, etc.

Daily meetings via Zoom are required.

The conversion rate has to be achieved for at least a month before you can be rewarded.

A portfolio of successful Google Ads campaigns is required and must be presented live.
