Google advertisement creator

I am looking for a skilled Google advertisement creator to help me with a project.

Note : I attempted to create Google advertising three times over the previous few years, but due to Saudi Arabia's restrictive Google policy, I was immediately banned from doing so. It appears that language problems in the commercials caused the ban on massage advertisements in Saudi Arabia. I therefore require a qualified creator who will ensure that the advertisement he creates won't get banned at all
