We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our growing performance marketing team.
This is a long-term opportunity for a Google Ads professional with proven experience managing and scaling lead generation campaigns.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube
• Improve lead quality, conversion rates, CPA, and overall campaign performance
• Set up and audit conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and campaign optimization
• Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability
• Provide performance reports and strategic recommendations
Requirements:
• 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
• Experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets
• Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
• Strong analytical and optimization skills
• Excellent communication skills
