Google Ads Setup for General Products

I'm looking for a professional to create 10 ad groups (one ad for each category) for my Google Ads campaign. Each ad should be targeting general products, and the campaign needs to be set at 100% capacity. The main goal of these ads is to increase my website traffic, specifically targeting a national audience.
