Facebook Ad Management

I'm trying to determine the right budget to launch Facebook ads for an e-commerce brand I'm launching, I'm looking for: management & setup fee with copywriting, ad design and campaign management as well as if I provided all of the creative from my end.

Please give me an estimated cost based on that and let me know if you need any more information to provide a quote, I'm speaking to a range of vendors and once I know the expected budget we'll be able to take the conversation forward.

Also are there additional costs such as extra revisions I should be aware of?
