Facebook/Instagram Ads Expert for Online Fitness Coach

I’m an online fitness and nutrition coach looking for a creative and experienced ads specialist to help generate consistent, high-quality leads through Facebook and Instagram.
My business focuses on helping women (primarily 30–65) who struggle with body image, confidence, and their relationship with food. These are busy women who have tried every diet under the sun and are over it — I help them build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits without restrictive dieting.
Primary Goal:
Generate leads from the right audience based on specific interests and behaviours, and turn that into a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a clear ad strategy
- Create compelling ad copy and visuals that attract my target audience
- Set up and manage campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager
- Target the right audiences based on interests, behaviours, and data
- Run A/B testing to optimise ad performance
- Provide guidance on funnels (lead forms, landing pages, etc.)
-( Ongoing optimisation, scaling, and performance tracking)
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience running successful lead generation ads
- Strong understanding of Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager
- Excellent copywriting skills (especially for female-focused audiences)
- Basic graphic design skills (or ability to guide creatives)
- Analytical mindset — you track, test, and improve constantly
