My name is Teodor and I'm looking for an experienced media buyer in the Real Estate industry. We have worked with E-commerce shops, but now we are looking to get Real Estate businesses as clients for our agency. Understanding the real estate space is crucial for that, and understanding how to run efficient ads for these services is what you need to be an expert in and be able to teach me about it too. I am looking for a teammate, a new colleague, and a person that I can call more than a simple employee.
The service that you have to provide will be:
- Campaign, Ad Set, and Ad Creation
- Creation and Design of Ad Copy and Ad Creative (Optional, but it's a huge bonus if you're also an expert in)
- A/B Testing
- Audience Research
- Power Audience Research (Custom and Lookalike Audiences)
- Re-targeting Ads
- Campaign Optimization and Scale
- Monthly Performance Reporting.
On top of that, you will be in charge of the communication with clients and the daily Ads maintenance. Experience with other social media platforms in the Real Estate niche and copywriting is also a plus. If you read the description start your cover letter with the word "apple".
