I have a software product that I need online marketing managed. I want banner ads with remarketing feature where leads are followed/tracked and ads are redisplayed.

I currently have campaigns with Bing and they don't get enough exposure and there texts ads are to small. I'm looking for an image ad size anywhere from 2x2" up-to a banner ad.
