Digital marketer for getting registrations on workshop

I am looking for a digital marketer who can help me get registrations for my workshop targeting students. My preferred digital marketing strategy is social media marketing, however it is totally on digital marketer which platform to use. I am open to suggestions and recommendations from. The duration of the marketing campaign is flexible and will depend on the marketer's recommendation.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in social media marketing and other marketing methoda
- Understanding of the student audience
- Ability to create engaging social media content
- Knowledge of advertising and targeting
- Proven track record of successful registration campaigns

Payment:
-We will give you 20% of each registration, it takes 48 hours to recieve payment from payment portal provider. As soon as we receive it, we will forward you immediately.

Target
-We are expecting minimum 500 registrations on each workshop.

Workshop:
We will be conducting following workshops:
-7 days workshop on "Modern HTML, CSS 5, Bootstrap".
-15 days workshop for basic and advanced Javascript.
-15 days workshop on Core and Advanced Java with JDBC.
