Creative Strategist (Facebook Ads)

We're on the hunt for a savvy, independent, and highly skilled Creative Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing content, creating impactful ad creatives, and delivering them for approval. Leveraging your knowledge of current trends and direct response marketing techniques, you will play a critical role in developing engaging ads that resonate with our target audience and achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and analyze our past and present ad performances to understand what works and to inform future strategies.
Conduct comprehensive content research to identify relevant topics, trends, and insights.
Design and produce engaging, high-quality ad content, including videos and images.
Maintain a deep understanding of Facebook's advertising platform, including ad creation, analysis, and reporting tools.
Collaboratively work with the team to implement creative strategies that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
Hard Skills Required:

Proven experience in in-depth content research.
Strong understanding of direct response marketing strategies and techniques.
Demonstrable knowledge of current content trends across various social media platforms, particularly Facebook.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
Extensive experience with Facebook Ads Manager, including the ability to analyze ad performance data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to develop unique and innovative creative concepts from scratch based on analysis and trends.
