Create LinkedIn Ads Campaign For Restaurant

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a LinkedIn Ads campaign for my restaurant. The goal of this campaign is to generate leads for customers who want to place large orders (Catering). While I have a rough idea of my target audience, I am open to suggestions. Additionally, I prefer the use of Display Ads for this campaign.
