# Hiring: Sales Chat Executive (Commission Based) for AL-AZBAR Islamic Store

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled freelancer to join **AL-AZBAR**, our premium Islamic wear store, on a **commission-based basis**.

## Job Role:

Your main responsibility will be to communicate with:

* Abandoned cart customers
* Website subscribers
* Interested visitors who did not complete their order

You will talk to potential customers, answer their questions, build trust, and politely convince them to place an order.

## What You Need to Do:

* Contact leads through chat/messages
* Follow up with abandoned cart customers
* Convert interested visitors into buyers
* Maintain polite, professional, and respectful communication
* Understand customer needs and guide them properly

## Payment:

* **5% commission on every successful order** generated through your conversations
* If your performance is excellent, commission can be increased or bonus can be given based on results

## Ideal Candidate:

* Good communication skills
* Sales and persuasion skills
* Basic English / Hindi / Urdu communication
* Experience in customer support or sales is a plus
* Honest, active, and result-oriented person
