I am looking for an experienced AI video creator who specializes in cinematic commercial advertisements.

This is NOT a traditional video editing project.

I need someone with proven experience using:

• Runway
• Midjourney or Flux (optional)

• Advanced prompt engineering

The goal is to create premium Swiss real estate commercials for my company, Homeseller.ch.
