CPA Facebook and push ads marketing campaign - I said CPA

The role is £50 a month and £10 per full course sale, students can do the online section of the course free but need to pay for the practical day and assessment (nail course in person local based), you would be expected to setup facebook ads on a cpa basis were we pay them £20 per full course sale and the same for roller ads and ad-sterra ads. You would also be given a notification every-time someone lands on the site and would be able to 'land' the sale through tido live chat which will ping you if someone is on the site. So for every course landed from the ads you get £10 but if you also answer the ping on site and convince them to buy now then you will get another £10 for a total commission of £20 per end to end sale.
