Arabic Sales Officer Needed

Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Officer who is fluent in Arabic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, handling customer interactions, supporting service delivery, and contributing to marketing and sales operations through internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts (posting, engagement, and messaging)
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and customer support in Arabic
- Assist in managing services and ensuring smooth service delivery
- Use internal systems to support marketing and sales activities
- Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across digital platforms
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better results
- Generate leads and contribute to sales growth
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Minimum outreach of 200 potential clients per month.
- Convert at least 10 leads into clients monthly.
- Achieve a total of 120 clients within a quarter (3 months) to qualify for a bonus payout of 3x the base salary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in Arabic (required)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in social media management
- Experience running ads on major platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads)
- Understanding of digital marketing tools and campaign optimization
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing processes
- Ability to use internal systems and tools efficiently
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $450 per month plus commission based on sales performance. Bonus available for achieving quarterly targets.
