Description
An established Amazon FBA business is looking for a new member to join the team as an Assistant to the Amazon Manager. Your role will be to support key management, monitoring, and optimization tasks for our brands on Amazon.
This position is ideal for someone with previous Amazon experience who is responsible, organized, and eager to grow within the e-commerce world.
This is a full-time position (40 hours/week)
Responsibilities
Amazon Manager Support
Help with the organization and monitoring of daily tasks.
Prepare reports and collect key sales and campaign data.
Assist with communication with the team (design, logistics, PPC).
Coordinate and monitor projects to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
Campaign and Listing Management
Support in the creation, editing, and optimization of listings on Amazon.
Review keywords, titles, bullet points, and descriptions (according to manager guidelines).
Assist in monitoring and reporting advertising campaigns (PPC).
Prepare data-based improvement suggestions and reports.
Administrative Tasks
Keep documentation organized in Google Drive, Trello, and other tools.
Update spreadsheets with sales, inventory, and metrics data.
Support in the coordination of internal processes.
Requirements
Be responsible and highly organized.
Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience working in Amazon FBA.
Knowledge of Google Docs and Google Sheets (Excel/Gsheet).
Additional (not required, but valued):
Fluent English.
Experience using Slack and Trello.
Compensation
Will depend on your experience and results:
$5–$10 USD/hour + performance-based bonuses (KPI).
