Affiliate Marketing Campaign Management

I'm seeking an expert in affiliate marketing, particularly with creating, tweaking, and managing advertising campaigns. I have the traffic and offers, all that's needed is for someone to set up and manage push and banner ads on my traffic network (PropellerAds and Ad-Maven).
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage advertising campaigns twice a week (Monday and Thursday)
- Log in, check, tweak and log out sessions, each lasting no more than a few minutes
- Optimise campaigns for the best performance
Funding is limited, and this request will be on a month-to-month basis. If you can run my affiliate campaign successfully and generate good returns, I will certainly continue.
