Advertising in instagram and snapchat

I am looking for help to create a targeted advertising campaign in Instagram and Snapchat to reach young adults over the course of one month. The product I am advertising is sanitary pads, so the advertisement needs to be creative and effective so that the target audience takes notice of it.
