Ads Expert to find leads in Cryptocurrency industry

Some background. I work for a cryptocurrency exchange. Our main revenue comes from traders (specifically crypto derivatives/futures traders).
The objective of this project is to create ads - wherever you believe would be more effective: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc. - whose purpose is to search and convert qualified leads of traders who trade +$5 million dollars in trading volume/month.
As you may know, crypto related services are extremely complicated to advertise on any platform. As such, the person chosen should have experience creating crypto-related ads and have knowledge of how complicated they can be. This is a very specific niche, please don't send an offer if you don't believe you can successfully bring me qualified leads.
